On The Move

360 Oak Park is a storytelling event that celebrates the diversity of placemaking activities in and around Oak Park.

Each event will have approximately 6 speakers. The presentations will be in the same format utilizing 12 slide images and speaking 30 seconds per slide, resulting in a 360 second presentation. Storytellers will draw from people in the community with experiences and stories related to each event’s topic, providing a wide variety of views and interpretations of that topic.  

This event’s topic will be "On The Move". The subjects range from the Underground Railroad to the architecture of Oak Park's "Motor Row", to an online community created by an Oak Park walking club.
