• Two table beers for the whole meal - OLB Lager Beer (American Premium Lager) and Oscar Milde (Dark English Milde)

• House-made Sour Dough - butter, salt

• Winter Salad - frisee, arugula, endive, baby kale, pears, dried cranberry, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds, whole grain honey dressing

• Agave Braised Carrots - pickled baby peppers, puffed farro, parsnip chips

• New Potatoes - thyme, garlic, butter, salt

• Roasted Cauliflower - sage, brown butter, capers, fried maitake mushrooms

• Pork Loin Roast - apples, rosemary, fried shallots, pickled mushrooms, pork jus

• Dessert highlighting the One Lake League brewed Been Czar, Done That Imperial Stout along with a complimentary short pour

Seating is between 6:30pm-7:00pm

Beverages outside the provided table-beers are available for an additional charge.
The non-refundable $20 deposit will be applied to the $65 purchase on the evening of the event.
